I have been with Kingsway Insurance since 1993 and I am Joint Managing Director with operations and compliance management as my main responsibilities. My key skills are building insurer development relationships. I am always trying to find improvements to make our business more efficient to build & improve client relationships.

With over 25 years in the insurance industry, I would say I am addicted to getting better and better at everything we do. Whether it’s offering our clients the very best service or honing my skills on the golf course, I am highly driven to push our service and product offering to the next level.

A highly creative, ideas man, I love nothing more than finding solutions to our client's risk management and insurance problems then meeting and exceeding expectations.

I joined Kingway in 2017 after working in various accountancy practices for over 25 years.

I am ACCA qualified and have a wealth of experience in accountancy and auditing (especially CASS audits relating to insurance brokers).

Safeguarding all client money is a top priority at all levels. I ensure that all our group companies’ financial records are up-to-date and fully compliant in this ever-changing world of ours.

On a personal note, I support Coventry City FC (my home town), aim to have as much Swarovski jewellery as possible and love nothing more than driving across America in a Mustang and visiting their amazing National Parks. I would like to think that I am not the stereotypical accountant”

I have over 20 years’ experience in commercial insurance broking, arranging bespoke insurance & claims management solutions for my clients. Motortrade, Motorsport and Combined Business insurance are my areas of expertise. Motivated by getting it right first time with a drive to ensure clients receive the best possible risk advice and insurance solutions giving them the confidence to get on with their own business. I also have a wealth of knowledge of risk management and health & safety solutions.

At Kingsway Insurance I have numerous commercial clients across a wide range of trades. Over the years I've looked after a number of motor trade, motor sport and engineering clients, and have developed a real expertise in these sectors. I look after my portfolio of clients as if they are family and I have established fantastic relationships with our insurers to produce amazing results.

I have worked in commercial insurance for the last 9 years at Kingsway, and have become experienced in these trades. I currently focus on sales and enjoy speaking with customers and getting to know their individual needs so I am able to find the right policy for each one. Kingsway Insurance Services Ltd are part of Global Risk Partners, this has enabled us as a company to access first class solutions for our customers.

I have been working in a sales environment for almost 5 years, starting off in automotive sales and then moving into account management and over the phone sales. At Kingsway Insurance, I specialise in Motorsport and Motor trade insurance, priding myself on my relationships with my existing clients and building new ones.

As a reliable resource to my clients, I take pride in what I do – with my positive attitude and proven problem-solving skills I can help you find the right coverage for your business insurance needs.

I started my Insurance career in 2016 in RSA Canada as an underwriting assistant. I was labelled a subject matter expert and in 2017, I was asked to join the SME Property & Casualty Underwriting Team.

Working as a consultant in the UK at Kingsway Insurance Services I am determined to deliver high-quality service and be a positive part of your day! I look to be proactive and understand your needs in this ever-changing insurance market – in fact, I embrace the change as it only helps us to seek new solutions and improve!

I have been in the insurance industry just over 4 years, and have been selling policies to fit individual client’s needs with an emphasis on long- term relationship building and excellent customer service.
